Ready or Not Fall is Here!!!

Ready or Not fall is in the air! Yummy Pies, Chili, Falling Leaves and for some reason the stores are wanting to rush us into the Christmas Season ;-), Ok guys don't get me wrong, brother's absolute favorite holiday was Christmas! So I have decided to try and take God's advice and instead of rushing through these busy seasons I am taking it one step at a time, well at least trying too.

Ephesians 5:15-17 ESV

Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

So I thought it might be fun to share one of our traditions we did! My mom, brother and I use to stuff an outfit from each of us full of leaves, then tie each open end off with rubberbands, once this part was done we would place them strategically on our bails of hay with each one hugging the other! I love this memory so much!!! Now the fun part is making the heads, we got plump fun pumpkins and would carve them to place on top of these little body like scarecrows. No our scarecrows were usually not too scarey but you remembered ours because we each made them different.

Now I get to do this with my little ones which is a blast and we are able to place them on Uncle Brandon's Parking Space as we call it!
